i've stayed in seoul many times and provista impressed me. amazing staff, especially ji yeon and hong seok ha, made me feel at home. the gym and airport connection are convenient.

I absolutely adored the cozy and inviting ambiance of the hotel's decoration. The warm colors and elegant furnishings created a pleasant atmosphere that made me feel right at home. It was like being wrapped in a warm blanket of comfort.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were a bit overwhelmed and not as attentive as I would have liked.
